Emmanuel Uwaeze the young, dynamic Principal Consultant at Lima Castle is a revolutionary force taking the real estate world by storm.
Early in his career, he acquired extensive experience in the field of Facility Management and MEP Engineering, playing a principal role in the development and maintenance of some of Africa's most luxurious buildings including every Sujimoto. Building constructed - Medici by Sujimoto, Giuliano By Sujimoto, and Lucrezia By Sujimoto to name a few. He has also left his signature of excellence on a host of other commercial and residential buildings across Nigeria.
